About Us
Dr. Bosworth graduated from the University of Iowa in
1982 and began his first dental practice at a professional
building in Shorewood, Minnesota. In November of 2006
he moved his practice right next door – to the new
HealthSense Campus.
The HealthSense building was created from an early 1900’s
home originally built by Charles Berg. Kelly purchased the
property in 1997 and a few years later began the
remodeling and design process. His goal was to preserve
and expand upon the original structure, especially Berg’s
trademark boulder facade. His dream was to create a
facility that would look and feel like a home—instead of
what sometimes can be the cold and visually sterile
environment many clinics seem to have.
Dr. Kelly and his wife Mary live in Shorewood. They have
three children. When not at his practice (not very often!),
Dr. Bosworth enjoys skiing, ice fishing and playing golf. He
also enjoys singing country classics...when you come to
visit either bring your earplugs or be ready to join in!

Dr. Holly Thompson DDS
Dr. Holly went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for
undergrad and the U of M Twin Cities Dental school where
she received an academic scholarship. She has a 4-year-old
yorkipoo named Milo who she adores and who keeps her
on her toes! She loves to golf, do triathlons (her lifelong
goal is to do a triathlon race in every state of the U.S),
travel, visit her parents up in northern Wisconsin, and cook
gourmet meals! She’s also a self-proclaimed crock pot Diva!
Dr. Holly keeps up-to-date with continuing dental
education. She recently enrolled at the Kois Center for
Dentistry in Seattle. Dr. Holly is also in the middle of
completing a dental management school called 'The
Schuster Center' that is located in Scottsdale. She has also
traveled to Scottsdale to learn from the best on CEREC
training. Dr. Holly loves keeping up to date and feeling like
she’s putting forth her best effort to provide the highest
quality of care for our patients.

Sue- Office Manager & Assistant
Sue has been with Kelly’s office for 22 years! When you
come in you’re sure to find her assisting Dr. Bosworth and
joining in while he sings to patients. Sue keeps very busy
outside of the office – spending time with her husband, two
children, two cats and two puppies!

Wendy- Assistant
Wendy has been assisting Kelly for twelve years- the last
five years full-time. You’ll find her chair side helping with
patient care. When she’s not at the office Wendy spends
time with her husband & three sons! She enjoys softball,
fishing, dancing and snowmobiling.

Ri- Assistant
Ri has been with Kelly’s office for a little over four years. In
her spare time she enjoys watching the Twins (and going
to their games!!), spending time outside and reading. She
also enjoys playing with her dog Lucy and her cat Mocha!

Lindsai- Front Desk
Lindsai has been with Kelly’s office for a little over four
years. You’ll find her at our front desk checking in patients
and answering the phone! In her spare time she enjoys
reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and
4 year-old Doberman, Rhythm.

Dawn- Book Keeping & Insurance Coordinator

Sara- Hygienist
Sara recently moved from central WI and brought her dog
and two horses along for the ride! She enjoys running,
hiking, skiing and canoeing. She also has a passion for art
and oil paints and makes jewelry in her spare time.

Lynn has been with Kelly's office for almost one year.

Kayla has been helping out at Kelly's office for the last few
years. She is currently attending Gustavus Adolphus
College and is on track to becoming a Dentist herself! In
her spare time she enjoys exercising, reading and watchng
her favorite show "Greek"!
